Sorry about your friend! I heard a similar story, but in reverse, when I visited a friend in Peru. He was very concerned that I keep my purse on the car floor, out of sight, and keep the windows rolled up (even though it was very hot). He explained that not long ago, he'd had his wallet out and the window open, and someone reached right into the car to take it. He grabbed the guy's arm and yelled at the driver to go, and they pulled the would-be thief for a block before he let go...I guess we don't know what tools we'll use to fight the "bad guys" until pressed!Cheryl Reifhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01717232463223093632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2525839048768729426.post-62066947995267732112011-04-20T09:43:16.236-07:002011-04-20T09:43:16.236-07:00That's a great story! She didn't win, unfortunately. The guy sped away much too quickly.

I often incorporate what I hear and see into my stories, but often in disguise, somewhat.Yat-Yeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04028075516122778317noreply@blogger.com
